Terms of service

1. You may share and use the artwork for personalised use such as profile picture/banner/social media post/etc. Commercialized use costs +50% of initial price.
2. You are prohibited to sell, pass the artwork as your own, and use it in any AI-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs.
3. Full payment is accepted after the initial sketch via PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars.
4. After the sketch is done, I send it to you for revision. You can let me know if there is anything I should change or add.
5.Time to finish a piece can take anywhere between 2 days and 5 weeks after payment depending on complexity of the commission and how many slots are taken before you
6. If the artwork is not completed after 5 weeks, you can ask for a partial refund depending on how much progress has been done.
7. Once the commission has been completed, you cannot ask for a refund.
8. After I'm finished with a commission, I usually post it on my social medias, if you don't want me to do that, tell me beforehand!
9. NSFW is strictly 18+ ONLY! By commissioning a NSFW artwork from me you confirm to be 18 years or older. For mine and the customer's safety, please send me a picture of your ID with everything censored EXCEPT your date of birth along with a note of your online username!
